J.S. Bach and the polyphonic German tradition (organ & voice)
from 4 to 8 July
Repertoire:
- Organ works (manualiter) of Scheidemann, Buxtehude, Bach on the historic Goltfuss organ (1692) at the St. John-Baptist Church (Grand Béguinage)
- Bach organ works from Leipzig: Trio sonatas, Schübler Chorales, Preludes and Fugues on the Contius organ at the St. Michael’s Church and the organ at the St. Gertrude Church
- J.S. Bach and C.P.E. Bach Arias, works by Buxtehude

Final concert: Monday July 8 at 20.30 at the St. John-Baptist Church (Grand Béguinage)
In collaboration with the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel, the Universitaire Parochie & Grand Béguinage KU Leuven and the St. Gertrude Church.
Session 2
Johann Sebastian & Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach (organ)
from 9 to 13 July
Repertoire:
- Six sonatas of C.P.E. Bach at the St. Gertrude Church
- Organ works of J.S. Bach and sons at the St. Michael’s Church
- Works for clavichord of Bach and family
Teachers: Annette Richards (organ), Bernard Foccroulle (organ), Miklos Spanyi (organ & clavichord), Wim Winters (organ & clavichord)
Final concert: Friday July 12 at 20.30 at the St. Michael’s Church
Participate
The participation fee is:
- € 250 for one session (including free entrance for all concerts of the festival)
- € 350 for both sessions (including free entrance for all concerts of the festival)
Travel, lodging and meals are NOT included in the participation fee.
